Portfolio Realty is very active in residential project marketing both in Australia and Overseas. We have been marketing projects for numerous developers such as Multiplex, Toga and Mirvac. Our project marketing is broken into 2 areas, local and international.

Local Marketing.

In the local market we seek out quality projects to offer to the Sydney market. Our marketing concepts are modern and unique and include video marketing, yuvue.com, newspaper, mass database email, seminar and open house if the project is at a presentation stage.

International Marketing.

Portfolio Realty is leading the Australian property market in international property sales. We have been selling successfully to investors in China and Hong Kong for many years and we have recently commenced marketing Australian residential property in India with great success. Two residential projects have been marketed in India in July 2008. We have formed a strategic alliance in India with the assitance of the Australian business agencies. We have ongoing plans to market property in Delhi, Mumbai and Calcutta and have on going dialogue with major development companies in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Adelaide and Perth.
